* Vacuum suction Fingerless design provides perfect flute formation in high speed manufacturing.
*Corrugated rollers made of 48CrMo alloy steel, with heat treatment for hardness HRC58-60, surface plated with chrome treatment.
* Upper and lower corrugated roller are unit assemblage ,the whole corrugated rollers group can be move and quick replacement to change flute type quickly.
*Gluing roller: surface is embossed with netting design and chrome plated.
*Glue section are unit assemblage ,whole section can be moved by track ,save maintenance time ,glue part can be running
independently r non-independently while stopped .
* Frequency conversion motor as main drive ,independent gear box connect with three gimbal axis , inverter to make stepless speed regulation for save power and keep one communication connector for production management .
*Press roller: Dia.364mm. with drum.
* Gimbal driver system. Individual immersion oil gear type drive box, separating dynamic vibrations improve running stability, easy and fast for maintenance.
*Adjustment of upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and glue roller controlled by pneumatic system
