Product Description

double sheet pasting machine can be used for bonding molding of AA, AB and single sheet molding boxes. The machine can replace manual gluing box in actual production and reduce labor intensity. Compared with the traditional semi-automatic gluing machine, it can save labor. Because of the different working methods, compared with the above two carton bonding molding processes, it can also greatly improve product quality.

1. The wall plate of this machine is made of 45 # plain 12mm high hardness steel plate, and the rest of the workpiece is made of 45 # plain 6mm 8mm 10mm 12mm 14mm 16mm 18mm 20mm high hardness steel plate, which is processed by CNC surface grinder to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.

2.The main machine is connected by 120 # channel steel, and the rest are connected by 80×80×8 pieces of 60×60*1 piece of 50×100×2 pieces of aluminum profiles, so as to ensure the stability of the machine.

7. The paper feeding part adopts air suction and paper feeding. Two 3.0KW horizontal vortex suction pumps greatly enhance the strength of air suction and ensure the stability of paper conveying.

8.The intermediate drive system is driven by a 2.2KW Mitsubishi reducer motor, with electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake as backup drives.

9. glue department: the middle butt part is fixed with hot and cold, hot glue plays a role in shaping, cold glue plays a role in bonding, it can be described as a double bonding, put an end to the single hot melt adhesive due to the change of season and the phenomenon of hot melt adhesive burst as soon as the food box into the cold storage;

10. middle shaping part: the left and right sides of the servo motor clamping, clamping using high-speed bass ball screw and special slider sliding, so as to ensure the sensitivity and accuracy of clamping, but also to prolong its service life, to ensure the accurate shaping of cardboard, greatly improve the yield of the carton;

11. Hot glue system: the middle hot melt glue gluing box is made of pure aluminum, with excellent thermal conductivity,
which reduces the time of melting glue block. And the upper part is equipped with an independent heating aluminum glue box, which can be heated while working, and the melted hot glue automatically flows into the lower part of the gluing box, without affecting the work and improving the work efficiency.

12. Cold GLUE SYSTEM: THE RUBBER WHEEL OF the COLD glue coated box is made of stainless steel, and the bearing is corrosion resistant with double seal, which PROlongs its service life.
