Products Description

1.Whole machine electric parts was choice the domestic famous brand, good and steady quality . 2.Complete machine baffle and
important parts used the temper for decrease the metal internal force; and that parts are made by high precision processing center
and grinded by digital controlled grinder.
3.All the transmission axles and rollers are made by high quality steel, and processed through tempering and dynamic balance;
plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
4.All the transmission gears was used the 48# alloy steel, which is grinded after heat treatment, and it was made by rubbing. It
still maintains the high topping precision.
5.Pneumatic combined control the whole machine. It has the function of counting, alarming, and operating at the back of the
machine.
6.Planetary gear structure. All gears are after fine grinding.
7.Whole machine working interval adjustment, self-lock worm wheel and worm device, fast and convenient.

Feeding unit：

Feeding cardboard：Use 12A high Precision chain feeding paper type, double side position, feeding table front and rear can adjust,5mm working table plate.

Printing roller：

1. it is Φ400mm including the plate. 2. Surface of roller is grinded and hard chrome-plated.
3. Treated with balance correction, runs steady and smoothly.
4. Engraves the reference line, Convenience hang plate.
5. In the operation process of edition roll 360°phase electric adjustment, The number automatically adjusts the amount displayed.

Printing pressure roller：

1. Outer diameter: Φ156mm.
2. Surface of roller is grinded and hard chrome-plated.
3. Treated with balance regulating, runs steady and smoothly.
4. Printing pressure roller clearance dial is adjusted manually. Adjusting range: 0-10mm.

Paperboard feeding upper and lower roller：
1.Upper roller: outer diameter: Φ111mm, thickness steel pipe, attached with 4 feeding rings.
2.Lower roller: outer diameter: Φ156mm, thickness steel pipe, the surface is grinded and hard chrome plated. 3.Paperboard feeding
roller clearance dial is adjusted manually. Adjusting range: 0-10mm.

Steel anilox roller：
Outer diameter: Φ216mm.
Surface of roller is grinded, embossed and hard chrome-plated.
Treated with balance correction, runs steady and smoothly.
Mesh number: 200, 220, 250, and 280 for your choice.

Rubber roller：
Outer diameter: Φ180mm.
Surface of the steel pipe is covered with wear-resistant rubber and it is after balance correction.
Rubber in the special high-grinding, the transmission ink effect.

Phase adjust system：
Planet gears structure.
Printing phrase is adjusted computer phase meter control electrically in 360° . (It can be adjusted running or stopping.)

Crease press deviceThe sheet cardboard gap use manual adjust, and gap trimming self locking device. Have emergency stop device is installed to ensure the safety.
Slotting phrase adjusting system/Box height adjusting system Slotting phrase is adjusted electrically in 360°, Time is fast, high precision.
The phase zero device to ensure the consistency of the slotted position.
The box height adjustment adopts the manual gear structure adjustment, avoids the gear oil pollution board.

6.Imported polyurethane rubber is easy and convenient to install and has a long lifetime, able to die cutting for 12 million
times.
